      Great environment to work in. The management and fellow coworkers care about you and don’t try to make you work OT if you don’t want to, and your work is caught up.

      Middle management and production staff are generally competent with a few which are exceptional.

      Cons

      Incompetence at the corporate officer level. Poor legal structure for non-professionals. Standard 44 hour weeks.
