There are many opportunities for advancement and professional growth including continuing education and mentoring. Team approach has helped to maintain quality as organization grows.

Cons

Fast pace can make more dependent patient cases more challenging in some locations. Best suited to active adults.

Great place to work! This company truly cares about its employees. You "work hard" and we "play hard". There are many social gathering opportunities that foster a great work culture, which is extremely important since you spend so much of your week at work. There's also tremendous growth opportunities. No hidden agendas with this company. You give your patients an exceptional experience, you go the extra mile (because contributing to others' overall well-being is worth it!), you reap the rewards! Can't say enough good things about this company and the way it is run. Very proud to be a part of it.
