Pros

A progressive Out Patient clinic that will bring out the best in clinicians who desire to "be the best". A very team oriented approach, an atmosphere that encourages their clinicians to be part of the solution, a good mix of autonomy with corporate support. Continuing Ed is unsurpassed in "today's" medical climate.

Cons

You work while you are there...😬 Some clinicians don't understand the tight reimbursement margins and are put off by the volume of patients that need to be seen to support salaries and modern, spacious facilities. I am both happy with my patient outcomes and challenged to make every patient feel "touched".

Best Physical Therapy Company Ever

Pros

I was a Physical Therapist with this company for more than 5 years and I have to say that this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for, the resources alone that are available to us is second to none as well as the selection and variety in caseloads is a dream as a treating Physical Therapist, I'm sad I had to leave the country as I don't think I will ever have the same opportunity as I had to grow professionally and clinically with this company again
