Pros

Paid time off, bonuses, Great work environment, the company is constantly raising money for a variety of charities. LOVE IT! You will encounter amazing personalities, not just your colleagues but the patients that walk through our doors AMAZING. CEO: Never met him personally but, He actually cares about his company and employees (Thumbs Up Adam)

Cons

Pay is not great at all. Unable to afford to support my self & my kid(s). Office hours do not allow you to obtain a second employment or attend school. Example of front desk schedule: Mon: 7a-3p Tues: 12p-8p, Wed: 7a-3p Thurs: 7a-3p Fri: 12p-8p, Sat 8a-12p. Some offices set up the schedule where you will open 7a-3pm Wed, Thurs, Fri (Work Sat) Continue to Open the following week Mon & Tues & vise versa for closing. Makes it hard to commit to your personal growth outside of work. Its tough for a single mom with no help to commit to. You can be here for years and will not have a set 7a-3p or 12p-8pm schedule. I guess its 50/50, its a hate it but sometimes I don't mind it type of thing.

Pros

Great learning experience for an entry level position. Company offers room for growth. Great culture, some supervisors provide the office with a great environment. Paid lunch & nice benefits...

Cons

Your schedule will be different everyday of the week. You may close one night, and open the next morning. A busy office will have you extremely overwhelmed & overworked. Overtime is not easily approved and some office managers will adjust your time, despite staying an hour or two longer. Position is underpaid and so are all the positions that follow on the administrative side...
