Pros

it was a steady paycheck

Cons

Sell their way or the highway, stick to script, make money off selling inflated ad prices so you can shmooze them with tickets to ballgames. These guys obviously have a hand in the ticket site too, no integrity, just a numbers game. The guys in NY & Philly are complete egomaniacs with no life and not enough compassion to pay for coffee in the break room. I could not wait to get the hell out of dodge. I will say if you can stay at this job for more than 3 months, you will have an easy time at sales anywhere else.

Pros

The only pros about this company is that you get a 40K base salary and that all the employees are young and fresh out of college, so if you are in that age rang you are bound to make friends.

Cons

Awful inside sales job. They make it seem great based off of a competitive pay at 40K, but it is a joke. You are calling 200 hundred people a day, and feeding them lies. You dont even see the actual publications that they print. It is a joke, and way over priced for print advertising that is going to be at one season's college football game. They listen in on your calls without you knowing then yell at you in front of everyone if you arent able to make a sale. Do not accept a job offer from PSP, btw they will hire anyone.
