Pros

Good salary for straight out of college and training class had cool people. Had good benefits with good working hours

Cons

Poor treatment of employees, limited vacation and sick time, no internet access, had to go to lunch at specific time each day, no freedom throughout the day, cold calling only,not allowed to go to the bathroom at certain times of the day, no professional development or room for growth

sometimes its hard to hit the call numbers, trying to make 200 plus calls a day

8-5, some good happy hours. Everyone was pretty close and stuck together against the company.

Cons

Robotic, scripted, jail like feeling while at work. no flexible work hours. Good entry-level role to learn what you don't want in a job.
