Pros

Iv'e been with with PSP nearing 15 years now as I got the job straight out of college. While the company sure has grown a lot since I started, the general idea remains the same: If you're motivated, work hard, enjoy sales, and are passionate about what you do; the opportunity to make excellent $ is real.

Cons

For some at the beginning, getting used to the idea of being on the phone all day might take a little getting used to; however, as you advance and become successful at the job by making sales, things fall into place

Great Place to Work

Pros

I've enjoyed working at PSP for over 10 years. One of the the best parts of working at PSP is the opportunity to make reamoney. There is no limit to the amount of money you can make and the company is always there to help you succeed. Whether it's the training, the leads or advice, PSP management works hard to help you grow your business. The other unique quality about working at PSP is the office environment. Management has fostered an environment where it is fun to come to work. Although we work hard and take the job very seriously, working along so many good people have turned the office into a second family. I look forward to coming to work, which makes it easier to be successful.

Cons

If you don't to work hard or are motivated, PSP is not the place for you. It is very hard when you first start, but it startsto get easier with time.

Pros

Being with PSP for over 10 years now, the sky is the limit as to what you can do here. You are given all the right training and tools to be as successful as you want. As long as you have a good work ethic, you can have a great career here. Perfect for any sales guy especially if you are into sports.

Cons

A grind in the beginning but once you get past that, it becomes a lot easier.
