Cons

The management. There is a horrible upper management. He is sexist and does nothing to help better employees. He makes people feel uncomfortable and un welcomed. He is lazy and sits at his desk judging or cursing at people all day. The job sucks all together, the management only wants success for themselves. They don't want to help the new people; which is why they are always needing to hire. They only want money in their own pockets.

Great base. Casual attire. Motivating work environment. Management cares about their employees. Great first sales job. Management helps in teaching you to sell. They don’t just leave you to figure it out but rather they guide you in the right direction and give advice. Management cares about their employees and wants to see them succeed and grow in their career. If I decide to move on from PSP I feel like I would be prepared

Cons

Not a con per say but important to note that This is a inside sales job. You are on the phone from 8-5 all day everyday. It’s hard work with over 250 calls a day and 2 and a half hours on the phone. Like any sales job you get a lot of nos before you get a yes and that can be discouraging. If you are not a money motivated individual this job is not for you!

Pros

Office Life for the 5 Minutes you get out of it, also lunch breaks are nice and happy hour if you get close enough with your peers. Pays great.

Cons

If you want to call 250 people a day 8am-5pm then this is the job for you, if you are not reaching the numbers they want they will replace you. Super scripted, boring.
