Company wide support for the creative team. People really respect what we do, and are aware of the impact we have on the growth of the company. Overall great company to be a creative at. Lots of freedom to experiment and autonomy to create with an ambitious but exciting mission.

Cons

Sometimes our team gets stuck in reactionary cycles.

The ProfitWell hiring squad knows exactly how to build a team. Never in my life have I worked with such genuine hustlers who share so many of my values so wholeheartedly. I'm constantly impressed (especially as we grow so rapidly) and very humbled to be a part of this crew on the daily.

It's a grind, but we're here for it.

Fantastic team! I joined Price because I wanted to be part of a team where I was never the smartest person in the room. I'm constantly challenged and learning new things from my team. It's a collection of truly awesome people - and they keep coming (headcount has doubled since I joined!). Transformative Product: Price Intelligently is a mission-driven company. I never thought I'd be able to say that about a tech startup, but it's 100% true here. Everyone truly believes in the power of pricing to help SaaS and subscription businesses. I enjoy that we're not just selling what we make, we're helping companies grow and thrive and changing the SaaS industry globally in a way no one else is doing.

Cons

We've doubled in the past year. In any kind of environment when you're building the plane as you're flying it, we're experienced some growing pains. Luckily, we're in a place where opinion matters and everyone is empowered to make processes/make processes better.
