Surrounded by intellectually curious and incredibly hardworking coworkers, as such there is a consistent amount of learning from others that happens each day. There hasn't been a day I've been bored or looking for something to do. The sense of trying to build something valuable to both customers and to each one of us building is palpable and infectious across all teams. From day one you're exposed to important work with the trust you'll get job done regardless of seniority or experience. Everyone has the ability to make an impact. Leadership team is transparent and open to feedback

Cons

The work can be hard, expect challenges to come and sometimes long hours.

- the most dishonest, corrupt ceo you could imagine, and a leadership team that enables the ceo (+ inactive co-founders who don't want to work with the ceo or take part in the business) - a "smoke and mirrors" services business (Price Intelligently) - no checks and balances nor HR - lack of vision or direction
