Pros
If working at a tech start-up is your dream, there is no better place to work than Price Intelligently. Given the nature of the business and company, I've been able to see inside and communicate with more heads of SaaS companies than I could even have imagined. This includes everything from 5 person, bootstrapped start-ups all the way through to international darlings of the industry, nowhere else can you can you gain this much industry exposure this quickly. The people working here are some of the smartest, intellectually curious, and boots-on-the-ground types I've ever worked with. Seldom is there a day where I'm not amazed with what we're accomplishing and what we're doing here.
Cons
When issues do arise in a smaller company, there are fewer hands to help out so sometimes you need to jump in on off hours to help. In other words, it's not your typical 9-5 job. As we grow this is becoming less of an issue, but is a common trade-off for any small company.
