Pros

The team is by far the best part of working in ProfitWell. Great teamwork, assertive and constructive criticism is always provided. The managers are always pushing us in a healthy way to take on bigger projects, all in all I'd say it's a nice growth experience.

Cons

The onboarding process was not as smooth as I was expecting it to - it took me a while to get used to how things work here.

Cons

If you are not good at managing your time, you could easily end up overworking and not taking enough rest.
