Pros
To talk personally about my experience here, it is absolutely incredible. It seriously doesn't matter how weird you are. No one gives you a hard time about it. People here care. They really care. They don't have clicks, no boys club. Everyone here works hard and celebrates the wins, as well as gives you the support you need. My manager is flexible with my needs and is always supportive of my decisions, even if it means learning from it the hard way. Perhaps what has allowed me to really appreciate this company is coming from the corporate world. I took a giant pay-cut and luckily for me, I learned at a young age, that if you can find a company like this, it's all worth it. It's worth taking one step back to take two steps forward, when you are around people who make you better, support your wins and losses, and most importantly, don't chain you to your desk or say "we can't make an exception, because we don't for anyone else." I have a sick brother and while business is business, this company supports whenever I need to be there for him, which to me is the most invaluable thing I can be given. It is the reason I will never stop working endlessly for the company. So find yourself a culture or find yourself a family. Your call. Best career decision I have ever made.
Pros - The people. They really embrace you for who you are and nothing makes them think you are too "weird" or "different" for them. These people are awesome.
Cons
Transparency here is real. You need a thick skin to understand sometimes things will be blunt and straightforward. It takes some time, but you soon realize you are given nonstop feedback because these people care, not because they are looking for your every mistake to put you on a "plan."
