Great place to grow, influence, and think critically
Pros
Flat org that believes in the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. Sales and scoping call for tons of critical/dynamic thinking and thought leadership rather than just persuasively listing software features. Opportunity to influence and impact the direction of the business rather than live in a silo as an individual contributor. Opportunity to experience and impact diverse businesses in the ever-growing space of recurring revenue + help executives tackle legitimate, strategic business problems along the way. Leadership treats employees like adults - expect that you'll do right by yourself, PW, and PW clients and otherwise let you work flexibly, live your life, and operate how you prefer to operate given you're doing good work. Cool/smart crew, snacks, coffee, unlimited PTO, all that jazz.
Cons
Lots of work for relatively low pay. Imperfect business model - still lots of work to be done here, but attractive to the right kind of person. Depending on your team, feedback can be unrelenting, which is a good thing in many cases, but tough for folks with thin skin. This culture of feedback has created a tough byproduct of 'all ideas/opinions created equal', which realistically isn't always the case in a business setting. Lack of structure/direction at times - which, again, can be attractive to some but debilitating for others.
