30+ days off, nice office, work from home

Cons

Bad-mouth talking, peering into each other's work are encouraged to create a competitive environment. Management is focused on maintaining their positions and taking credit instead of creating an efficient process and a good work environment. The main quality for promotions and getting bonuses is servility. If you ask questions and seek for answers, the risk of being fired is high. There is nothing left from the Telerik spirit, deliver more than the expected slogan and idea driven people. Poor management without values and goals. No ninjas and kendokas anymore, just people serving without questioning the "VP"
