Great place to work. Friendly coworkers. Extended training. They are very understanding when it comes to personal issues. They offers a bonus depending on how the company is performing.

Cons

Everything is basically independent. You have to get use to doing things on your own. If you feel confused once you get on the phones. Your answer is always the same. It will get easier. You just have to get use to the idea that it will get better with time.
