Pros

Non discriminative, great gainshare. They are very inclusive of any race, religion, sexuality, gender preference, etc. They hold events for every culture, it is almost like high school clubs.

Cons

They are not very understanding when it comes to family issues, especially during covid and having to work from home. Multiple people I've talked to have been fired for having their child at home with them while working.
