Business Outlook

Pros

Bonus program is a HUGE reason why people stick around here. The option for remote work was really amazing, especially amidst the pandemic. The insurance was good and information available was easily accessed. The training and academy was rigorous and detailed while made the transition to "the floor" smoother. LOVE the CEO and her involvement with the employees. And if you are looking for a company that is big on diversity and inclusion, you found it.

Cons

While there are many amazing people, there are those few that can make it unbearable. As they say, people don't leave companies, they leave managers.
