Pros

Medical benefits are really great and they match up to 6% with 401k right away.

Cons

Claims customer service department has been under staffed for a few years, which continuously causes days where calls are back to back for most (if not all) of your shift. This impacts scheduling flexibility, which is something they claim to have.
