      Pros

      Nearly fifteen years ought to tell you something. I met some great folks.

      Cons

      Change is constant, whether its the way work is to be done or reporting relationships. Very difficult to maintain a home work balance, time off is difficult to take.

      Decent salary and benefits, co workers are great

      Cons

      This is not the same company I started with over 6 years ago - now all about making money and numbers (crazy micro managed now) and sacrificing employees and customers. The just want a body there to answer the phone - no longer want you to go above and beyond just want you taking continuous phone calls. Would no longer recommend for anything long term. Typical BS politics.
