Pros

Pay was decent, but it depends on how you factor extra hours you will need to put in to complete work my office tired to lighten the stress of a high workload, but the last thing you want to do is have a events, while still getting claims. coworkers friendly and helpful overall not a bad place to work, if you are able to work 50 plus hours.

Cons

typical work environment high work load and no work life balance

Pros

Decent pay, and some good people and managers. Very efficient claims handling for the customer. Good initial training but you will work long hours in the first 2 years, and possibly more.

Cons

Not consistent in their pay reviews. Some ineffective managers are allowed to stay on although they cause harm to the company. Technology is not always the best or newest. Its hard to know what your objectives are because they are always muddled by a game of telephone through several managers who contradict each other.
