Pros

There is a great collaborative culture here with lots of room to establish yourself and make a real difference in the future of this company early on. Everyone is helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Snacks, coffee, tea in the kitchen and catered lunch on Fridays is nothing to sneeze at.

Cons

Growing pains. Lots of changes happen daily while we go through trial and error of how to approach and solve new problems.

Pros

Dynamic and dedicated group of people working to provide a high level of service to members who are interested in pursuing fertility treatment. Employees are empathetic towards the members of the benefit and provide a collaborative, positive office environment that fosters respect and inclusiveness.

Cons

There are many ongoing projects in various states of completion, which can cause confusion. Communication could be better if it was streamlined and established processes were put in place.

Pros

The office location is the only pro of this company I can think of. They have ruined everything that was remotely attractive.

Cons

At some point amazing people were working there, one by one they All left. Majority of those who remain are there less because of ability or vision but rather due to prior connections. There were constant gossiping sessions and a total disregard for professionalism. Managers screaming at patients over the phone while sending out grammatical embarrassing emails to the office.
