It is very easy to tell apart the people/groups who have been with the company for multiple years and those who have not, at times can feel cliquey

Communication needs to be worked on a lot! No one knows what is going on half of the time. I asked my manger a couple of times about something and they never knew the answers, yet there are meetings the whole day. What are you doing in the meetings? Not talking about work obviously. There is a lot of issues going on, they need to fix issues first before moving forward. The higher ups are moving way to fast, they need to slow down. A lot of great people are quitting due do this. There is also a lot of segregation and pettiness in certain departments. Very cliquey, it felt like I was in high school all over again. They really help certain people get raises if you have a certain name. Yet they have the same work requirements as you. Hard work doesn't really pay off to the ones who deserve it. No work/life balance.
