Pros

Not only does Progyny welcomes but also values my knowledge and experience. I have been awarded and recognized for my contributions of building this company. There is a new excitement at every corner that holds a new possibility. From development of a new program or even speaking with a new provider. There is so much to learn and explore. With such hardworking and dedicated executive team members around you, you can't help but want to give a 110%. The motivation and energy makes the day fly by, only to make you come back and do it again.

Cons

Great with open space concept. But Progyny needs pods. More private working space.

Pros

Great people, cool office, they are working on building a culture and are getting there. So far it's just happy hours and some lunches, but they are getting more and more interesting. Real progress is being made and the company really seems like it might end up doing VERY well.

Cons

Still some work to do, sometimes act like an old fashioned huge corporation, but generally things are good.

Pros

It's a new company formed with several existing brands. Progyny is a start-up (founded in 2015) but has the backing from 2 other groups with more experience. It's a unique concept in the New York start-up world, that's doing more to help people than a traditional group. So much room to grow, well capitalized and management has great experience in the industry!

Cons

Just went through a downsize of one of the partners in CA. Those events always have a big impact but team is working through it.
