The work is challenging and the team is full of personality from top to bottom. Impossible to walk through the office without cracking a smile. New leadership has breathed life into the company and I am excited to be a part of Progyny's future.

Cons

You need to put in the time to get results but dedication is rewarded.

Exciting company with great mission, tons of perks, and fun young people. Job is exciting and motivating. Salaries/Commissions are competitive and additional compensation is obtainable based on hard work and performance.

Cons

A lot of projects are occurring simultaneously, so it is challenging at times to multitask and prioritize

The company culture is amazing - employees work closely together and enjoy doing so! Our mission is incredible, and employees believe in what we're doing. The company is growing quickly, but has the perks of a smaller company (friday breakfast and lunches, thursday happy hours, team outings, etc). Our CEO is really approachable, which lends itself to the very open collaborative environment. Extremely happy to be working here, and excited to see what the future of the company will bring!

Cons

No major issues - just a fast growing company, which comes with a few challenges but generally really exciting time to be working here.
