CEO is motivational, intelligent and does her best to keep the company on the same page by being very transparent. Fast paced environment leads to collaboration and learning many different things

Cons

It is very easy to tell apart the people/groups who have been with the company for multiple years and those who have not, at times can feel cliquey

Pros

Inspiring mission, the company does really good work. For a startup, work pretty light hours.

Cons

New management team this year is uninspiring and not good at communicating. The CEO came from running a media business to a healthcare benefits business. They don't trust their employees and feel it is okay to insult both current and former employees behind their backs. Unfortunately, the joys of the work are overshadowed by the culture.
