Pros

No longer have the pros they once did, as the company is now a sinking ship

Cons

No longer the “family first” company they once were, frequent layoffs, unrealistic expectations, poor pay, employees are used and abused only to be laid off.

Its unfortunate to hear that your recent experience didn’t reflect the values that once drew you to Prolink. As our organization has evolved, we’ve navigated a rapidly changing market and made difficult decisions to ensure our long term stability and ability to serve both our Clients and Talent effectively. Our commitment to our people remains central to who we are. We continue to invest in building a culture rooted in transparency, respect, and opportunity. These values have guided Prolink since its founding. We appreciate your perspective and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

None - I really can’t think of ANY

Cons

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment — DO NOT work for Prolink. This company is the definition of toxic. Management has absolutely no leadership skills, and everything is based on favoritism and tenure, not actual ability or integrity. My manager was completely inappropriate, constantly crossing personal and professional boundaries, and when I went to HR — nothing happened. They protect management, not employees. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences of my career. The recruitment practices are beyond shady. You’re pushed to call candidates nonstop until they block you, and leadership openly encourages it. They don’t care about ethics — only numbers. You’re told to “lock in” talent by any means necessary, and if you don’t, you get treated terribly. The pay is insultingly low. You don’t even get paid for your first five placements, which is ridiculous considering how much they expect from you. It’s all pressure, no appreciation, and zero respect. I left feeling drained, disrespected, and disgusted by how they treat people. There are so many better staffing agencies out there — Prolink will burn you out and throw you away. RUN while you can.
