Pros

None now - run don’t walk away from this “opportunity” but once you leave your life improves and sleeping is actually restful!

Cons

Everything! Technology- there is none get ready to do the same report 10x Leadership- hard LOL completely lacking in every way! Just ask anyone that is actually willing to be honest! If don’t kiss complete butt your basically no one. They hire people from competing companies they come and in and try to bring their friends and push the people that have been there for years out the door. Top producers are never praised just always picked apart and asked to do more with little to now support. They have no idea what the CRM’s and recruiters even do. Pay-they are actual thieves, you should see what they did to everyone last year. Now, they dangle a bonus structure like a carrot and make it unreachable and can’t provide any explanation or data to support the decisions on how they make these numbers. They do not value a single employee! Well outside the C suite/boys club. They let high producing, tenured employees go and quit with not even the bat of an eye. Be ware if you bring concerns to HR professionally, you could be putting a target on your back. They will let you go if you bring concerns and issues to them. Can’t quite figure that out but cheers to at will states like OH. Never get comfortable they don’t care about you. They might have back in 2018/2019 but those days are gone! You are made to feel like you can’t do anything but work and work and work more. The company has taken the hardest nosedive and it’s truly sad to see.

Thank you for your feedback. We won't attempt to dismiss your experience or claim that every point you've made is invalid. In fact, we recognize that not every company is the right fit for every person-and clearly, Prolink was not the right place for you. That's okay. Sometimes leaving a role truly does improve quality of life, and if that's been the case for you, we're glad to hear it. Your perspective is one of many, and we understand that frustration can build when expectations don't align with reality. That said, we won't apologize for holding high standards, driving performance, or making changes that support long-term growth, even if those decisions don't sit well with everyone. Leadership evolves, systems evolve, and with the growth of the company and the market comes necessary change, not all of which will be universally embraced. For those considering Prolink, we encourage you to do your own research, talk to current employees, and draw your own conclusions. A review, positive or negative, rarely captures the full picture. To the reviewer- we wish you the best in whatever comes next. While your chapter here has closed, our focus remains on building a stronger organization that's built to last for those who choose to be a part of it.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting both the strengths and areas of opportunity you experienced during your time with us. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the team environment, appreciated our communication style, and benefited from the flexibility and commission structure we offer. as for your comments on organization and base pay- while we understand that every company has room to grow, we also know that agility and adaptability come with fast-moving teams. We won't aim to be traditional; we aim to be effective. Our internal systems evolve quickly to meet business demands, and while that may feel unstructured to some, it's part of what keeps us dynamic. We always welcome thoughtful feedback, especially from people who've been in the trenches with us. We're confident in the direction we're headed and will continue improving while staying true to our fast-paced, performance-driven culture. Wishing you all the best in what comes next.

Going downhill… fast

Pros

Good benefits. People are great

Cons

Was fully remote then went to hybrid for employees within 50 mile radius. Company grew way too fast during the pandemic in which they lost sight of training and truly investing in its employees. They bit off way more than they could chew. Changed compensation for recruiters which you only get paid commission if you have more than 4 TOA. Continually saying there is growth opportunities when honestly there hasn’t been. Constant changes for the worse. Recruiters are the front lines of the company but c suite won’t listen to suggestions/improvements/complaints. It’s sad to see a company I once loved change so drastically and watch them slowly fall apart.

We appreciate your honesty and the time you took to share your thoughts. Growth-especially fast growth-brings complexity. We're made decisions along the way, not because we "lost sight," but because we had to recalibrate in real time to stay competitive and sustainable. Shifting to a hybrid model for employees within commuting distance, restructuring compensation plans, and evolving team dynamics are not signs of a collapse- they're the marks of a company adjusting to scale and market demands. That process is never seamless, and not everyone will align with every decision. That's a reality, not a flaw. as for training, leadership, and recruiter support-we agree these areas are always worth improving. But change doesn't mean we're abandoning our values; it means we're adapting how we live them in a different era. You're right about one thing: recruiters are on the front lines. and that's why we continue to refine our systems and expectations-not to minimize their role, but to align it with where we're going, not just where we've been.
