Propeller does a great job of taking care of their employees, whether it's through benefits, healthcare insurance, internal initiatives, and many more social events that grow our community.

Cons

There are not any downsides to working at Propeller. The company is run very well but there is always room for improvement. But that is where Propeller thrives, they make sure to take those improvements into account when planning for their goals and next steps for the organization.
