Pros

The best part of Propeller, by far, is the people. As one of the founders once said, our product is our people - good work comes out of that naturally. We invest a lot in our recruiting and interviewing process, but we believe that at the end of the day, we get the best people. Unicorns. The founders and senior staff are all very supportive of employees in multiple ways - work-life balance, trust in us as professionals, high expectations matched by high support, the willingness to put people before dollars. It just makes you want to go fight to make sure the world knows how amazing Propeller is.

Cons

I believe that as we continue our exponential growth and start to grow and spread, it will be a challenge to keep that mentality and family spirit. As we start to get layers in the firm and people adjust to new levels of interaction and responsibility, there are growing pains - nothing we can't get through.

Pros

The leadership team is very open, honest, and authentic. The associates are trusted to act in the best interest of the company and of the clients. We are encouraged to participate in continuing education trainings that further develop our skill sets and increase our value to the clients.

Cons

The biggest challenge, which is also one of the most exciting parts, is managing the rapid growth of the company. However, I have full faith that the leadership team is on track to lead us to great things.

We like that word "authentic" and it came up at our company offsite in May. It's a tough one to define because it's so subjective so your feedback very valuable as we flesh out the meaning and continue to grow. Authenticity isn't reserved for leadership here; I'm constantly impressed by our team's authenticity. It's one of the things that sets us apart! If you think of ways we can improve as we grow, let us know!

Pros

Great coworkers, exciting/challenging projects and an opportunities to help grow the company all contribute to make Propeller a great place to work. Propeller's focus on doing the right thing - for employees and clients - gives me confidence that Propeller will continue to be a great place as it continues its extreme growth.

Cons

As a young, rapidly growing company prospective employees need to be comfortable with change, though that is a characteristic successful candidates would already have.

As one of our founders likes to say, we do good work. Good in terms of quality delivery and good in terms of the kind of people we are. We look out for and focus on the "other" -- our colleagues, the client, the company, and our community. Thanks for your vote of confidence; we'll do what we can to keep living up to it. And if you think of more that we can do to improve, now or as we grow, please let us know!
