Pros

Propeller provides a fantastic work-life balance, benefits package, and supports continuing education through various methods of training. I've never worked for a company that genuinely cares about their employees more than Propeller.

Cons

The fast growth and expansion of hiring more employees will likely result in losing the small company, family feel.

Pros

- Yearly training plans - Growing, diverse set of clients - Awesome group of people to work along side - Start-up feel, enterprise-level talent

Cons

The company is growing FAST, and that start-up feel where everyone knew everyone is changing. Normal growth pains, but something to be aware of and monitor as we consider new markets and even new clients here in PDX. Given our attention and focus on culture, I have no doubt we'll continue to make this an exceptional place to work!

Pros

Great People - Propeller has attracted a potent distillation of bright, talented, and genuinely fun to be around individuals; mingling with coworkers at company events is never a chore. Exceptional leadership- I’ve yet to encounter a company where senior leadership is as invested in their employees as the leadership at Propeller is with their staff. Opportunity - Propeller continues to rapidly expand creating countless opportunities to directly contribute to the direction, feel, and growth of the company.

Cons

Due to rapid growth getting to know new coworkers is often a challenge. New hires are brought onboard and quickly whisked away to client engagements leaving little time to connect with new recruits during traditional work hours.
