Great group of people with varied experience, it is worth it to put in time networking. The benefits were good.

Cons

It is pretty isolating to be working alone at clients and there was often a shortage of work which puts employees in an awkward position of burning through vacation days when they would prefer to be working. The onboarding was not sufficient for someone with no previous consulting experience.
