      Pros

      What I really like about working at CE Broker are my co-workers. There's a great team environment and everyone is generally supportive.

      Cons

      I find the downsides outweigh the great team at CE Broker. I would warn anyone considering working here to keep your options open l, especially if you're wanting to advance within a company. There is not a real opportunity for growth at CE Broker.

      Your post made me realize that we need to do a better job celebrating our internal promotions and talk about how far we've come as a company more often. In 2016 alone, 50% of our CE Experts on the Support Center team were promoted to higher positions. These promotions celebrated the strengths of the individuals and brought them into positions such as Team Leads, Quality Assurance Specialists, EverCheck Quality Control, Partner Success Manager, and EverCheck Client Success Manager. In the past 5 years, from January 2012 to January 2017, we have grown from a team of 13 employees to a team of 57! We are on a fast growth trajectory and are hiring employees who align with our values and who we envision growing within our organization in the years to come.

      Pros

      It is very common for young professionals to move companies every few years due to stagnant growth and salary. I believe CE Broker takes an "old school" approach where employee retention and growth are paramount. Since starting here, I have experienced personal and professional growth and responsibility. And unlike many of my friends, I do not feel the need to "job hop" and can rest assured in having a part to play in our future. Beyond that, we have amazing medical benefits, ownership incentive, gym stipend and more.

      Cons

      It's a smaller company, so there are some obstacles which naturally occur. These are being addressed well as we grow.
