      Pros

      If you have little to no customer service experience, this company will hire you and train you on their product, much like any other company.

      Cons

      There is a notable divide between customer service reps and "upper management". The line is drawn mostly by the pay. Customer service pay is stagnant, very little opportunity for a raise or bonus. However, if they like you and you get promoted to "upper management" - you'll have it made!

      Pros

      CE Broker is a small company but growing fast! In my 4 years of employment I have seen many people promoted from within, myself included. The work environment fosters personal and professional growth that I think is hard to come by in other companies. We have benefits that range from a wellness stipend and organic produce delivery to generous PTO and Holiday pay, and excellent/affordable health insurance. Management truly does care and co-workers are very pleasant to work with. Feels like an extended family. :)

      Cons

      I wouldn't consider this a CON, but you have to be prepared to continually learn and adapt. We deal with regulatory agencies that may have changes in their rules and requirements and you have to make sure you stay in the know. We're also a tech-based company, so we're making changes and improvements on our end that you have to keep up with.
