Boring!

Pros

If you have little to no customer service experience, this company will hire you and train you on their product, much like any other company.

Cons

There is a notable divide between customer service reps and "upper management". The line is drawn mostly by the pay. Customer service pay is stagnant, very little opportunity for a raise or bonus. However, if they like you and you get promoted to "upper management" - you'll have it made!

Pros

Low cost health Insurance offered

Cons

Paid monthly on the 31st. Management does not care about people. Job is low pay and you are paid MONTHLY. So, forget about being paid on time for Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.. becos pay date is on the 31st. 401k contribution is a measly 2.5% company match that is vested over 5yrs! Family owned business that is too successful to care about employees CEO - Brian Solano is young and entitled.. again to big to care

Thank you for your feedback, this motivates me to work harder to communicate to our team the details of our awesome benefits, including the 401k match program. CE Broker actually matches 25% of your contribution. Meaning they will contribute a quarter for every dollar you put in. The maximum match for the year is established at 2.5% of your annual compensation. Sorry for the confusion! Fidelity is a great resource to reach out to for retirement planning if you have any questions. In regards to budgeting to accommodate a monthly paycheck, I would be happy to sit down with any employee and brainstorm solutions to make the transition to this pay structure easier. - Bonnie Cobb
