Not sure what is positive.

Cons

Admin is inconsiderate and don't respect the knowledge od faculty/ staff. Always new initiatives but no follow through.

The students and the staff not in leadership positions.

Cons

Have you ever tried to fake a smile in order to keep a job? You can’t voice your opinion without getting shutdown or be blacklisted. It’s a revolving door of great Black and Brown talent. Leadership and the new CEO care about numbers and not people, regardless how positive they make it seem.

- decent pay - friendly, helpful staff

Cons

- overworked - little to know life-work balance - teachers with professional degrees and certificates treated as students during professional development sessions - little flexibility for time off - little understanding around Covid-19 health and safety concerns for staff
