This company is very unprofessional and management are corrupted and are experts in billing and harassing employees especially new hires.

Pros

The office has such a great, laid-back attitude, but you have to remain aware because circumstances can vary from job to job. I enjoyed the hectic atmosphere.

Cons

The CEO's ominous visage alarmed many others. He represented the organization's darker side. He was abusive to everyone without realizing that if someone falls too far, they might never be able to get back up. He was causing workplace trauma, especially for new employees. In this workplace, where there was a lot of harassment and office drama, it was much like being in high school again.

There were no cons that I could highlight. Everything was terrible. I don't know how I survived here for so long!

THE MANAGEMENT WAS TERRIBLE. THEIR LEADERSHIP STYLE WAS AWFUL. They were never there when I needed them. It was horrible. WHEN IT CAME TO HANDLING UNREASONABLE CLIENTS WITH AN ARROGANT ATTITUDE, THE TOP MANAGEMENT SUPPORTED THE CLIENTS ONLY. It was ridiculous as employees had no one to support them!
