Pros

Incredible teammates! I looked forward to catching up with everyone at onsites, brainstorming solutions to complex problems, and playing virtual games when we needed a quick break.

Cons

The same as any startup, the role is incredibly fluid and you will take on responsibilities outside of your job description. Not a con if you're up to the challenge!

It's a startup, so be prepared to pivot, adapt, and take on special projects that may not typically align with your job role.

Pros

Salary Coworkers were good Remote work

Cons

Management is unexperienced with unrealistic expectations. The product doesn't work. We have to tell customers that we're adding features soon knowing that these are years down the line. The product can't handle what we claim it does now. Competitors in the space have better products and more funding.
