You never have to wonder how we’re doing - Endless opportunities to visit customers in the field to observe a day in the life and how our product fits into it - Company on-sites in Boston to bring the company together are fun and motivating - Product solves a real product in a market that’s ripe for disruption - Great reputation in the distribution industry - Company founder, Benj, is perceived as a distribution and AI thought leader - Extreme caution around runway and burn rate. I have no concerns about Proton going out of business. Finances are managed well. - Everyone who works here is a "doer." Even the leadership team is immersed in the day-to-day tasks (most of them also contribute individually in addition to thinking about big-picture priorities).
