Not a good place to work

Pros

There are great hardworking employees who are trying to do the best they can with little support Pay and benefits are Ok, but could be more competitive

Cons

Constant reorganizations are making current employees nervous about their jobs and thus making people nervous to offer be innovative or creative for fear of doing the wrong thing and getting "laid off". There is no support or professional development offered by senior or mid-level management. The dollar is the bottom line, not the patient anymore. Huge disconnect between regional and local administration and the community it is there to serve.

Nice parking structure. Suburban patients.

Cons

Management does not support the RN's. Hours are not consistent when census fluctuates.
