Very nice company to work for. Great management. Casual environment. Possibilities to grow. Good people. Great Work Life balance.

Cons

Benefits a little high, but company constantly improving. When you submit feedback they take it very seriously.

Pros

Great culture, generally laid back management and atmosphere, lots of independence and new ideas are welcome. I work in the Operations Dept running the bidding software and it's a great job.

Cons

Not much vertical mobility at Proxibid, what you get hired for you will generally stay at. I would also agree with other characterizations, Proxibid does not seem to have much long-term vision, or it's not transmitted well to the underlings. It's a little lost.
