Pros

Work from home 2 days a week

Cons

No work/life balance anymore. They do not care about employees' mental health. Micromanagement. Crappy benefits. Crappy PTO. NO paid holidays, have to use PTO to be paid for them. They expect you to take more responsibility with no increase in pay. They claim they "don't make acceptions" but SO many people get to work from home, yet they expect others to come in 3 days a week. HR doesn't respond or communicate at all regarding ADA, and when they do they take forever, suggest ways to help, and don't follow through. CEO has private jets, yet can't match or offer anything towards 401K, better benefits, or pay. NO way this company deserves the 3.8 rating they have. Also, the facilities are crap, turnover at them is ridiculous, and seems like many people who work in them only stay for job security and because they love the residents.

Pros

Pruitt is in some ways more flexible and less draconian than some companies. Pay is okay if I could get the hours I was hired for.

Cons

Rehab aren't eligible for a lot of Pruitt perks. We don't get the hours we were hired for, because Pruitt doesn't prioritize the staff retention for us to get patients admitted, and doesn't prioritize admission of good rehab candidates, just "filling beds." It is their fault, but we take the hit not getting paid (hours) per our hiring agreement. Can't get a second gig, because as soon as they have patients, we have to pick up the hours. They get my cake and eat it too. We don't have easy access to HR help, because the person in the building is not for us. Benefits get worse and more expensive, especially for families. We have to do a lot of our own housekeeping duties, because housekeeping just doesn't or argues about who should do it or tells us we must do it.
