Pros

Amazing benefits and competitive salaries. Great place to bring a project and have the security of solid financial administration and structures. Excellent auditing and financial reporting.

Cons

Not a lot of collaboration or communication between the programs administered here. Lots of lost opportunities for cross-learning.

Great Mission but Ineffective Oversight of Programs

Pros

Good benefits, competitive pay for a nonprofit, development opportunities

Cons

When programs are far from HQ, there can often be little to no oversight, and poor program leadership goes unnoticed and unchallenged. The inability to hold staff and leaders accountable led to low morale across the program and loss of good talent.
