Pros

Puls is learning how to do new and exciting things every day which keeps it interesting. We've grown as an organization rapidly in just a few months and the culture is becoming one that is shared success and camaraderie. The HR team is exceptional and the management team, though not without their faults, are generally well-meaning and thoughtful.

Cons

We move very fast. It sometimes can cause a bit of whiplash if you're not used to the fast-paced nature of the organization or if you don't know how to adapt to it. Some of the management is occasionally less-interested in elevating individuals than they are in tearing down underperforming departments. Easy to point to what's wrong, harder to teach how to do it right.
