Pros

Founders who care about BOTH the product and the employees. Fair wages, great experience, awesome team and growth opportunity.

Cons

Not many, I wouldn't list anything as "cons" but rather areas of opportunities, which aren't prominent enough to list.

Pros

CellSavers deals with complex operation issues, which is very challenging and rewarding. Team and management are extremely focused and result driven. Our vision for this organization is truly unlimited. The environment is very supportive of trying new ways and improves status quo process.

Cons

Focus on culture is not yet defined, but there is tremendous progression in the past few months.
