Pros

- You learn very fast on the job having the opportunity to learn many different new skills - Driven CEO and COO with a great support team that is very knowledgeable in what they do and what they foresee. - Diverse culture, good people, and great environment for both work and play - You learn more than what you signed up for.

Cons

I can't think of any, but there is a lot of work. So if you're not willing to put in the work to reap the reward, this is not the place for you!
