      - Very Competitive Salary and Benefits - Empathetic CEO / President that truly care - Exciting Growth - Really has a family feel. Not a revolving door of employees, but a small group focused and dedicated individuals that have come together for a common goal of seeing Puls succeed. Puls management isn't just about the endgame, I see that they want to enjoy the journey and enjoy the ride. - occasional company outings (recently one of our offices took the day off to go sailing on a sailboat in the bay)

      Cons

      - Lots of work. Don't apply if you are looking for something easy.

      -Flexible scheduling -Decent pay per job -Incentives and Opportunities to increase pay per job -Paid twice a week every week direct deposit (Wednesdays & Fridays) -Easy job acceptance through app

      -Occasional miscommunication between call center and dispatch -Delayed response times from payout -Periods of slow jobs -Web only advertising
