Pros

The overall company is great to work with, and the leadership team is extremely supportive and nurturing. If you love working somewhere fast-paced and constantly pushed to do better, Puls is definitely the place to work. I feel like I am challenged and I also have the ability to challenge others. I am also given a lot of autonomy and trust to create new processes and execute quickly.

Cons

Sometimes we are moving so quickly that miscommunication happens often, but the company is working to fix that.

Pros

It is super fast-paced, and you certainly aren't going to be bored working with Puls. Great people and a great cause. Also HUGE potential for growth

Cons

Puls is still figuring it out so you have to be pretty flexible. What you do today probably won't be what you do 90 days from now.

Pros

Moving forward fast, empowering employees, the team is very tight together. Everyone are taking their jobs, and the company success very personally. The atmosphere and vibe are great. Perks include: dog friendly office, happy hours, kitchen filled with food and sweats, office outdoor activities

Cons

A bit hectic, running al day after tasks and things to complete
