      Pros

      The people are fairly nice and flexible schedule is only for executives.

      Cons

      First it looks like the rest of the reviews here are coming from the company, the reviews are suspiciously chat-gpt like with “zero” cons on most reviews…. The micro management is a bit much (calling 5-10 mins before you’re off work, assigning tasks right at the end of the day, checking to see if I am online at all times, etc). This company is definitely not a “as long as you get your work done” mentality. It is also very interesting that all advisors and exec can work remotely but then very strict when it comes to their employees. The salary is also on the low end for a financial company. Also very important that they have absolutely NO diversity, equity, and inclusion policies, culture, or awareness what so ever. So please keep this in mind if you are a minority/POC that values this aspect in the workplace.

      Pros

      Working here has been a nice experience so far. It’s easy to manage my team since most of the team members are competent and open to feedback. There is a lot of focus on accuracy and efficiency, so it’s a demanding work environment where you should try to do your very best. I like the level of cooperation when it comes to working with financial advisors and people from other departments. Complex client issues may pop up but we handle them effectively thanks to the effective communication we have here.

      Cons

      My job requires strong multitasking skills. You may experience ups and downs in your workload. Plus, I’d like to have more opportunities for remote or hybrid work schedules.
