Pros

Solid consulting experience in a generally stable firm; easy to get to 6 figure salary if you're willing to work hard. Inclusive with regards to LGBTQ+ rights and you get to work with some bright-eyed and eager campus hires who infuse energy and ideas.

Cons

You're likely capped out at manager / senior manager unless you're a stereotypical type A white man (or woman, we've made great progress around gender and sex) - if you look at the leadership team, it's very white (though the Tax and Advisory leaders or PoC). There's really no transparency in the raise / promotion process so your snapshot ratings and reviews mean nothing. They've done some scummy layoffs; a couple years ago laid off a lot of the IFS (internal) workers, and during COVID there were definitely layoffs (rumors are they were "performance" related but you'd have to ask those who got laid off).
